What is CompTIA CySA+?
CompTIA CySA+ (CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst) is CompTIA's certification for cybersecurity analysts. The current exam is CS0-004 (V4), launched by CompTIA on 23 June 2026. Its four domains are security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and management, and reporting and communication.
CySA+ is accredited by ANAB to ISO/IEC 17024 and meets US DoD 8140 requirements. It is valid for 3 years, and you renew it with 60 CEUs or by earning a higher level CompTIA certification. Full details are on the official CompTIA CySA+ certification page.

The retake is included in the Retake Assurance price. With a single voucher, a retake needs a new voucher. Under CompTIA's retake policy there is no waiting period before a second attempt, and a 14-day wait applies before a third or later attempt.
What is the difference between the single voucher and Retake Assurance?
