- Day 2: planning, support and operation, clause by clause.
- Day 2: performance evaluation and improvement, clause by clause, then the certification exam.

Is ISO 9001:2026 published?
Yes. ISO published ISO 9001:2026 on 16 September 2026. It replaces ISO 9001:2015.
When do certified organisations have to move to ISO 9001:2026?
Certification bodies expect a three-year transition, to around September 2029. Your certification body confirms your deadline.
Is the exam included in the price?
Yes. The price includes the PECB exam voucher, a second attempt if you need one and the certification application fee. There is no annual maintenance fee: PECB does not charge one for Transition credentials.
Do I need an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certificate first?
No. PECB sets no prerequisites for this course, and the credential needs no professional or project experience: you pass the exam and sign the PECB Code of Ethics.
How many CPD credits does the course give?
7 CPD credits, which is PECB's figure for a two-day course taken as Self-Study.
Is the Transition course eLearning or Self-Study?

How long do I have to finish?
You have 12 months from purchase to complete the course, the exam and, if you need it, the second attempt.
