The PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer exam is a 3-hour, 80-question, open-book multiple-choice exam delivered online with remote proctoring through the myPECB portal. Each question offers three options, mixing stand-alone and scenario-based formats across seven competency domains: fundamental principles and concepts of a quality management system, initiation of a QMS implementation, then planning, implementing, monitoring and measuring, and continually improving a QMS, and preparing for a QMS certification audit. The pass mark is 70%; you may use a hard copy of ISO 9001, your course materials, and personal notes, candidates sitting the exam in a non-native language can request an extra 30 minutes, and online results are instant.

The $849 AUD course price includes two exam attempts: your first attempt and a free resit within 12 months if needed, plus the official PECB exam voucher and 12 months of eLearning access.
