What happens if I miss a session?
We understand things come up. If you need to miss a session, contact us ahead of time and we will arrange a catch-up or provide you with recorded material and notes so you can stay on track.
What is the refund policy?
Payment is required to confirm your place. If the event does not go ahead, you receive a full refund. Cancel more than 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancel within 7 days of the start date for a 50% refund.
What happens after I register my interest?
We add you to the live Lead Auditor cohort list. As soon as dates are confirmed for a future session, we will contact you with the full schedule and enrolment details. Registering interest is non-binding — no payment is required until you choose to enrol in a confirmed cohort.
